Consult follow-up questionnaire

Thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback, the following questionnaire contains 20 questions and shouldn’t take you any longer than 5-10 minutes to complete. Feel free to go into as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable sharing. Partial answers are fine.

We are very keen to hear of the successes or challenges you have faced while implementing or planning restoration/rehabilitation works on your property. We would also love to hear if you found your vegetation management report useful. Specifically, we are interested in how you may (or may not) have used the information contained within the report. We would like to understand better how projects like ours can better assist the community. By providing us with some follow-up information, we can work to iron out our process to focus on the information most relevant to you and consider the value that on-site consultations provide for landholders.

The following questionnaire can be completely anonymous, confidential, and voluntary. If you don’t feel comfortable answering some of the questions feel free to not include your details. Also, if you don’t feel comfortable answering a specific question, feel free to skip it. We will not share this information with any third party in any way without your explicit consent. The information you voluntarily share here will be held confidentially, and only accessible to the Trees on the Tablelands team.
